I think as a pregnant mom with PUPPS (horrible pregnancy rash) it is even more important that you take care of yourself while pregnant.

Be extra kind to yourself as you navigate the last few weeks of pregnancy while trying to survive pupps.

I really enjoyed this post about taking care of yourself while pregnant.

Early Pregnancy Rash Survey Results

I have had 15 moms respond to the “still pregnant survey”.

So far the only thing that stands out is 10 out of the 15 are expecting boys.

Hmm, I had heard that correlation before.

I hope to get at least 100 moms to fill out the survey, so please pass it on!

A new Facebook Page for PUPPS

I started a Survive PUPPS Facebook Page a few months ago. I am enjoying interacting with moms on there. I am sorry they have PUPPS, but happy they have a place to find some support.

PUPPS is a pregnancy rash that no one seems to know why it happens. This rash can start on the extremities and move to the stomach, or start on the stomach and spread out. It can start early in the pregnancy or later. There is no one size fits all with PUPPS.

It is horrible because many care providers have no advice or information for moms suffering from PUPPS. I have tried to gather all the best tools available to help moms deal with their PUPPS!.

No one knows for sure why pregnant women develop PUPPS.

It has never been studied. Because it is safe for Mom and Baby, it isn’t something medical people pay that much attention to!

That is why I am doing a survey to gather information to see what we can learn about PUPPS. Maybe you can help us figure out why Moms get PUPPS!
